japanese romance
okay, ya, it's kinda cheesy...but it'll all make sense later.
Remember that guy that i like, that I called about his birthday gift back in...july? Well, last wed (i believe) i discussed with him it again, and somehow we got onto the topic of the Japan Festival nearby.
It's always been really fun, i go every year. He's never been to it, so we decided that's where we'd go. I think on a good note, there were also a lot of anime club people (ya...i'm treasurer and was incharge of organizing the Japan Festival "trip"). My poor guy didn't know anyone, and stayed with me (hehe, how cute).
he was there from 10:30-around 5ish or a little later. WOW, OVER 6 HOURS! We're pretty close now, whether just friends or not.
Around...2ish i'd say, we lost the group of 7+ and it was just me and him strolling around and looking at different exhibits ect. I obviously bought him lunch, and we either talked, hung out, looked at how expensive everything was and would soon lower prices down around 7:00. I had a lot of fun, and i'm sure he did too.
Cute random moments:
When i asked him to come, he originally said there was a Renaissance Festival (if you don't know what that is...i feel bad) and that he had to leave at 1:00. Well...at like 12:30 i go, "Don't you have the Ren Fest today?"
Him: "oh ya...no. I was mistaken, it's next weekend! But i'll have to leave earlier than you guys" (Which is about.... eh 7or 8 ((note: I didn't make it that long, none of us did...))
me: "why?"
Him: "tatoo..'
me: O_o (note, he's not the kind of guy to do that...but i guess he is? haha)
--so he ended up staying over 4 hours later!!! <3
At lunch i laid my head on his shoulder (i was tired) and my other guy friend did a heart on us with his hand and was like "how cute" I was like "i'd flick you off, but there are children around." So my 'crush' picked up a book and put it between Robert ('other guy friend) and me and i half flicked him off--i freaked out b/c i don't usually flick people off...i've only done it one other time...and They didn't even see it...*hangs head* So disappointed
dropped a quarter, and like a good gentleman, he bent down to pick it up, sadly, so did i. So we bent down together (just like in the movies--lol), silent pause, and he stopped and i picked it up.He said (since he's going to college next year, damn him) he'd take off a weekend to come back. (my friend thinks it's because of me....i'm not sure. mixed feelings from him...)
He would ALWAYS try to sit by me. Whether that was just because he really only knows me and i'm the only upper classman (that actually ACTS like an upperclassmen (there was one guy who's a junior too....but he acts like a soph. or freshman....) or he likes me. I went both ways.
Oh! At the end, he left around 5ish and i half walked him to his car only to realize that i wanted to go buy stuff, but i said "i'll see ya later! Don't forget! My birthday's on Thursday! (which it is...)" but i said it sarcastically because he always gives me gifts for my birthday (note, they weren't on my birthday). So then, around 6:30 I call him back, but he didn't pick up. I then called my mother, only to have him call me back. i said "WOAH, you actually called back!!!" And i just basically said how i had JUST left and he laughed.... 1 hour and 1/2 later...
So anyway, That was my saturday. We never held hands, or anything like that. (which i'm kinda happy)
Oh_---- he's not japanese by the way......... And to know more, just look at my 2nd or 3rd post....
Well, i finally did a slightly romantic one! go me!!! yay
well, off to school, see ya!
