I dont know how to dress, what to wear, other than "be yourself" tips, i know nothing.

Love and relationships aren't in my life right now, i need no tips, but this i need help for! Give me tips, stories...ANYTHING for job interviews!!

What is the job? you ask? Well, its a local price chopper, for those who dont know what Price Chopper is it's a grocery store!

Wish me luck, and don't forget tips!! thank you!!

Don't worry! You're going to be fine. Look professional. Don't wear a black suit or anything, but dress business-casual--I usually wear a button down shirt and slacks and pumps to job interviews at less formal places (I'd wear a suit if it were for an office job).

Be confident, think about things like why you want the job (don't say because you need money!), what strengths you bring to the job, how you interact with people, how you resolve conflicts, what experience you've had in the past that is relevant to this job, why they should hire you. What do you know about the place you are interviewing with? What do they need that you can do? Basically, what makes you better than the other candidates? Be friendly, concise and direct, and don't be shy. This is your chance to shine!

I have to admit that my job interviews have been for childcare positions, teaching positions, and corporate internships, so the things I've said may not all apply to your specific situation. But hopefully, you get the idea.

Yup, I agree with LaBellaMorena! I usually wear something like black dress pants and a button up shirt to interviews. Wear your hair up or down, but make sure it is very neat looking. You just want to come across as professional. Google typical interview questions! Those are asked a lot and can help you get a feel for what they might say. (Stuff like what are some of your strengths and weaknesses - make sure your weaknesses aren't things that will interfer with the job; "I'm late a lot" is something to NOT say, you want stuff like "sometimes I procrastinate with my schoolwork" or "sometimes I push myself too hard academically", you get the idea). Maybe get someone to do a practice interview with you before you go, that usually helps calm my nerves if nothing else.

My number one tip-BE FRIENDLY! Honestly, I've found that my answers to their questions don't matter nearly as much as if I act likeable in the interview. Laugh, smile, MAKE EYE CONTACT! Show them that you are outgoing and like interacting with people. You will be nervous, but try your best to relax and let your personality shine through.

After my first interview I thought I had done terrible and was convinced I wasn't going to get the job, but I got it! So don't be too hard on yourself, you really don't know what answers they are looking for so just be honest. Make sure to be extra polite too, "nice to meet you", "thank you so much for your time", handshakes, etc. etc.

Best of luck! I know you'll do great! Let us know how it goes

The best advice I can give you is go in there spilling confidence. Answer the questions you think they'll ask you. Are you even qualified for this job? Why should they give it to you? How long do you want to work there? Are you friendly to customers and peers? If you're going to give negative answers to these questions then don't even go cause that'll show the interviewer that you don't have confidence in yourself or for this job. There should be no reason they can't hire you. If there was, they wouldn't call you in for the interview. :) BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!! Post whether you get the position or not! (you will, there's no reason for you not to)

Good luck!  Job interviews are intimidating, but just have confidence in the skills you can bring to the job.  Just go in knowing you are the best person for the job and the job is practically yours.  Don't go in thinking other people are more qualified than you.    I would wear nice black pants and  really nice buttoned shirt.  Don't overdo the makeup, and maybe wear some nice jewellery.  Make sure you emphasize a lot of your positive points and look the interviewer in the face.

Don't worry...I'm sure you will do fine.
